We are pleased to offer new recreational lots for lease in Nova Scotia’s outdoor recreation hub. These lots are available to the successful bidders that are looking for a property to be the center of their outdoor recreation in beautiful Cumberland County. The lots are within a five-minute drive of ski Wenworth, whether you are looking to carve first tracks early morning in newly groomed snow, or looking for the thrill of navigating a mountain bike down the slopes you can be on site in a few short minutes. The area also offers a variety of opportunities including Provincial parks, hiking trails, waterfalls and many other attractions. Don’t forget the breath-taking scenery of the fall leaves in the hills of the Acadian Forest on those crisp fall mornings, all easily accessible from these leased lots just off the quite valley road.  

We currently have fifteen lots available for lease on which you can construct a camp or place a trailer on for your recreational base. Some lots front on Valley Road, and others are accessed off a short lane off Valley Road. Access to the lots is off Highway 4; turn West on Valley Road and continue for 3.2 kilometres. The lots are on the left. 

An initial bid to secure the lot you are most interested in includes the first year’s lease payment of $2,500.00.  The annual lease for the lots is $2500 adjusted annually for inflation. Clearing the lots and any improvements such as driveway, gravel pads, etc. is the responsibility of the successful lease holder. The leases are yearly, if all the terms of the lease are upheld, they automatically renew for a period of nine years. At the end of the lease term, the parties may enter a new lease to extend the term.
