Indian Lake, York County, N.B. – East Shore of Indian Lake near Maplewood

Historically, Indian lake has been a hidden gem, accessible only to a select group of outdoor enthusiasts. Now, for the first time, we are offering a limited number of lease opportunities on hillside lots with direct access to this serene, 160+ acre lake. 

Each lot provides a gateway to a wide range of recreational activities, from peaceful paddling and fishing to enjoying the vibrant autumn foliage reflected on the water. The surrounding area also offers excellent hunting for both small and large game in the fall. 

We currently have seven lots available for lease, ideal for a seasonal camp or placing a trailer. Each lot fronts on Indian Lake and includes access on a 5.5 kilometre dirt road to Highway 104, located approximately 11.5 kilometres northeast of Millville. 

An initial bid to secure your lot includes the first year’s lease payment of $2,500.00. The annual lease for the lots is $2,500, adjusted annually for inflation. Clearing of the lots and any improvements such as driveway, gravel pads, etc. is the responsibility of the successful lease holder. The leases are yearly, if all the terms of the lease are upheld, they automatically renew for a period of nine years. At the end of the lease term, the parties may enter a new lease to extend the term.
