Glazier lake Lot Leases

J.D. Irving, Limited currently has four Recreational Lots for Lease on Glazier Lake West of Saint- Francois de Madawaska. These will be offered to company employees before the bids are open to the public.
Successful bidder will have the opportunity to enter a recreational license agreement with J.D. Irving, Limited that gives them the ability to develop the lot and build a camp, install a trailer, or get the lot set up for their all season use in this beautiful part of the Province. The lease is for a one year period and automatically renews on the anniversary date for an additional year.
The successful lease holder is responsible for any required permits to undertake work on the lots including a well and septic. Lot holders are also responsible for any required minor road maintenance and snow removal.
The lots will be assigned on the basis of the initial bid process. A minimum bid of $3,500.00/ lot is required to make it an eligible bid, and the highest bid will have the right to enter a lease for that lot , the initial lease amount of $2,500.00/ year is included in the successful bid amount. All bidders are asked to bid on 2 lots as a minimum.
The annual lease amount increases annually by an inflation index (CPI) or 2%.
Bids will be closed at midnight on November 18th.
