J.D. Irving, Limited Recreational Lots for Lease

Irving Woodlands is pleased to introduce new lease opportunities for recreational lots on our private lands. These lots are ideal for camps, trailers, etc. 

Our map highlights the available areas for lease, with the potential for more to be added as development progresses.

Each leased area will feature constructed access roads and clearly marked lot boundaries.

Lease holders will be responsible for maintaining driveways and making any improvements to the lot.

Obtaining a lease will require participation in a competitive bidding process, and successful bidders will be entered into a nine-year lease agreement.

Lease rates may vary based on factors such as waterfront access, and they are subject to annual increases in line with the Consumer Price Index, or 2%.
